Business and Professional Women CR (BPWCR) is a Czech non profit organisation, founded in 2010 and has more than 200 active women members . It takes part of international federation covering more than 90 countries, with more than 50.000 members worldwide cooperating from 1930 and has an advisory status by the UN and participative status with the Council of Europe. Its members are influential women in leading positions, businesswomen and managers. The main BPW objective is to help women stay professionals in their economic, political and social life. We reach this goals through networking, mentoring and lifelong learning

What's your motivation in taking part to this TC (Training Course)?

Want to share my experience from running my own business as well as my work with women having starts ups.

What are your main expectations regarding your participation in this training course? How do you envisage to incorporate what you have learnt during the TC in your work?

​

i will share all knowledge to the youth we are having in the organization. We are always taking lots of inspiration from abroad and trying to apply new views and methods.

Biography

​

I'm 24 years old girl from Poland. Next academic year I will finish my master degree in Tourism and Recreation at University of Physical Education in Warsaw .Throughout my studies I had a chance to work as a tour guide at the National Stadium in Warsaw. Also I had a period of work for luxury travel agency. 


During my bachelor degree I did my first Erasmus+ exchange in Evora, Portugal. Then being on my 1st year of master degree I decided to take a different direction and my second Erasmus+ exchange took place in Thessaloniki, Greece.

 
Currently I am back in Portugal, working Adamastor- cultural association which runs Pousada de Juventude de Viseu as a social youth entrepreneur business.

What's your motivation in taking part to this TC (Training Course)?

​

I'd like to increase the knowledge in the field of youth work.

What are your main expectations regarding your participation in this training course? How do you envisage to incorporate what you have learnt during the TC in your work?

​

I hope the TC will make me more aware and sensible entrepreneur. After the TC I will present what I will have learnt to my colleagues in order to improve running the business.

My knowledge and experience is based on my work in Adamastor. The organisation runs a hostel as a social youth entrepreneur business.
