CISV-GEORGIA is CISV organization (www.cisv.org) in Georgia Goals of CISV Georgia is:
• Prepare kids and youth for a better world;
• Prepare the leaders that work with kids and youth.
According to the goals below, the organization assumes a responsibility to:
• Involve participants in international and local activities such as: villages, camps, seminar camps, exchange programs, meetings, trainings, different programs and projects;
• Promote development of participant competences (knowledge, skills, attitude);
• Support participants to comprehend their knowledge;
• Support participants to plan the use of gained knowledge, skills and attitudes;
• Support participants to implement the preplanned activities.
The organization implements ancillary activities of commercial character, which does not change the organizational profile of the non-commercial legal entity. We are active partner from Georgia in youth programs (Youth, Youth in Acyion, Erasmus+)
Ana Chkareuli
Biography

I am Ana Chkareuli. I am a student of business administration at Ilia State University. I love meeting new people, discover new places, adventure and challenges. I think I am responsible, hard working and positive person.

Do you have any experience in similar project?
​
No. I don’t have experience in working such projects. But I think I have enough knowledge And experience to take part in this project.

What's your motivation in taking part to this TC (Training Course)?
​
I think it is great opportunity for me to grow personally and improve my skills. It motivates me that I can be part of some good changes. I am very responsible, hardworking, purposeful, peace-loving and positive person. I think each person should have the right to choose better life and those who do not know this we must help them to realize that life offers us many opportunities and they have to take chances. I want to get international experience and make my contribution to achieve your relevant goal.

What are your main expectations regarding your participation in this training course? How do you envisage to incorporate what you have learnt during the TC in your work?
​
First of all it will give me huge experience and knowledge about this field. I will have opportunity to work with other young people, share our experience and increase our consciousness, implement planned activities and involve other participants. Participation in this project will help me to get acquainted with the nuances in this field and achieve my goals. On the other hand you can do something valuable for other people, you can be motivational force for them to change their lives and help them to see that the word is waiting to them.

Please describe your knowledge and experience on entrepreneurship.
​
As I regard entrepreneurship is a skill turning your idea into reality, seeing new opportunities and build successful business. You have full control of your destiny, you can use past experience and intelligence to make something that will bring benefits. You are motivated enough to move forward by following your heart. Entrepreneurship is doing business without prejudices, being faithful to your own vision and belief. Do not listen to people who say that you are wasting your time and prove that real life is very strict. You must know that you create your reality and you can do it. There is no need to live like other people, you can change the world, improve standard of living and bring to life your vision.
Levan Jaliashvili
Biography

I'm Levan Jaliashvili, 18 years old. I've my first year in University and I've worked in several organisations and projects, generally as a volunteer. In 2017 my group and I became winners of international competition "Diamond Challenge for high school enternpreneours" where we introduced our business idea and next year I became "Diamond Challenge Student Ambassador" and I was working for this project in Georgia and in the United States as a volunteer.

Do you have any experience in similar project?
​
I've participated in several training courses but generally they were not about enternpreneourship, but while working as a "Diamond Challenge Student Ambassador" I have worked with many enternpreneours and I've found out many things about it.

What's your motivation in taking part to this TC (Training Course)?
​
As I've mentioned before I've been working for one of the projects which are for young enternpreneours, I found it interesting and I'm still going to be actively involved in this project as well as others about enternpreneourship. So I strongly believe TC can help me finding many interesting facts and things about it. Also, I think I can share my experience with other participants and listen to their stories which can help me.

What are your main expectations regarding your participation in this training course? How do you envisage to incorporate what you have learnt during the TC in your work?
​
I found entrepreneurship interesting so I'm going to be involved in many projects and organisations which are working for it and I strongly believe TC can help me to be more experienced in it and to do my best in the future.

I was winner of the "Diamond Challenge for high school enternpreneours" of the preliminary round and I went to the finals in Newark, DE, USA. Where I found entrepreneurship more interesting. Next year I became Diamond Challenge Student Ambassador and started working for youth to involve and try themselves in enternpreneourship. Furthering, my profession is partly connected with it as well.
Nino Gelashvili
Biography

I was born in Georgia and live here, I have finished high university,faculty of business managment,I am working at swimming pool as an administrator , also I am volunteer in our non-formal organization. I am a hard working , communicative and and active person. .

Do you have any experience in similar project?
​​
I have been in one project before,it was last year in september in Moldova on a traning course which was about critical thinking.I was the leader of the group.

What's your motivation in taking part to this TC (Training Course)?
​
I am interested with the topic and i want to get new experience and knowledge which i can share to youth in my organization.

What are your main expectations regarding your participation in this training course? How do you envisage to incorporate what you have learnt during the TC in your work?

Mainly i want to get more knowledge about entrepreneurship,also share my ideas and working experience to others ,and get more contacts for future corporation.

I dont much have experience in this topic but i am very in interested thats why i want to take part in this TC.I hope i will learn more about this topic and also can share my own ideas to the other participants.
